  • Abstract:
This standard contains the German version of the 9th edition of the European Standard EN 55015, which takes over the 9th edition of the International Standard CISPR 15. It deals with the limitation of the radio-frequency emisson (radio disturbance suppression) of electrical lighting and similar equipment and specifies the limits and measuring methods that apply for this purpose. In relation to the previous standard the standard was re-structured and a technology-independent approach was implemented. For this purpose three basic ports were defined at which the disturbance limits were specified. Furthermore limits for the disturbance field strength in the frequency range from 300 MHz to 1 GHz were introduced. Moreover the specification of the CDNE method in annex B was replaced by a reference to CISPR 16. Finally the insertion loss method was deleted.
