    The project contains requirement for design and function of built in salamander broilers and giros grills for using in professional kitchens, including the testing, technical safety and hygienic characteristic feature. Against DIN 18858:1981-08 requirements for the HKI-qualitymark added, sections 2 overworked, hygienic aspects integrated, giros grills integrated and the title changed.
