    The standard gives percentil values (1st, 5th, 50th and 95th percentile) of maximum isometric operating torques of male operators on handwheels in activities using both hands) for different positions of the handwheel (rotation axis of the handwheel horizontal and vertical), for different heigths of the centre of the handwheel above the surface on which the operator is standing (in discrete stages from 500 mm to 1800 mm) and for different diameters of the handwheel (in discrete stages from 160 mm to 400 mm).
