  • Abstract:
    This document specifies requirements for the assessment, maintenance and improvement of competencies of facilitators and for the design of learning arrangements according to the individual needs of persons (especially learners) and organisations. The requirements specified in this document are generic and are intended to be applicable to all persons and organisations, regardless of their nature and size. This document defines guidelines for partial or holistic implementation of assessment, maintenance and improvement of learning facilitator competences. It is permitted to claim conformity with this document if certain requirements from the normative Annex A cannot be fulfilled. Requirements from Annex A that may be justifiably rejected are marked as such. For all other normative requirements, conformity can only be claimed if all requirements are fulfilled.
