  • Abstract:
    Together with DIN 45635-1 the document facilitate the determination of the entire airborne noise emission (quantitiy: sound level) and of the noise emission at the work station (quantity: emission sound pressure level at work station) to enable the comparison of results. An enveloping surface method is described leading to results of grade 2 accuracy. The document applies to all power gears with the exception of gears for fine mechanics.
