  • Abstract:
    This document specifies requirements for the performance of trading and handling of food and for maintaining temperatures for food ordered and delivered to final consumers. Furthermore, requirements for the necessary information are described. Requirements for the quality and use of packaging materials and refrigeration systems as well as the procedures and requirements for transport in the context of final consumer-oriented food deliveries are specified. This document can also serve as assistance and describes possible test criteria in order to enable uniform/comparable testing. The immediate field of out-of-home catering via retailers (e. g. pizza delivery service) remains unaffected.
